Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the image-editing tools and services ("Service") provided by Aurelia Premium, a subsidiary of Mantra Services, registered in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Aurelia Premium provides AI-powered image editing tools, including:

  • Image Cleaner — automatic detection and removal of text, watermarks, and overlays from uploaded images
  • Brush Tool — manual inpainting where you paint over the area you want removed and the model fills it in
  • Batch and format export — multi-image processing and PSD/ZIP output for paid subscribers

You upload an image through your browser; we transmit it to our processing backend where a machine-learning model performs the edit, and we return the modified image to you. Uploaded images and their cleaned outputs are held in memory on our backend only for the duration of the job. We do not retain image contents on disk or use them for model training. We do not currently expose a job-history feature; if we ever add one, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before enabling it.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

Anonymous visitors may use a limited free tier subject to daily usage and image-size caps. A free account, created by signing in with Google, unlocks a welcome credit bonus after you verify a valid payment method (no charge is made during verification). Paid subscriptions grant monthly credit allowances at the tier published on our Pricing page. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images that infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or privacy rights
  • Upload images depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates any applicable law
  • Use automated tools, multiple accounts, or VPN rotation to defeat rate limits, credit gating, or abuse-prevention systems
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service beyond what is visible through the normal web interface
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself as your own product

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without notice, and to refuse to process any image we believe may be unlawful or abusive.

4. Credits, Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our merchant of record, Mantra Services (Mantra Services). Each subscription cycle grants a set number of credits; credits never expire while your account remains active. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your paid period, and you retain access and any remaining credit balance until that date. 5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a narrow, temporary, non-exclusive license to transmit and process that image solely for the purpose of delivering the requested edit back to you. This license terminates when the job finishes and the cleaned image is returned.

The Service itself — including the website, the editing engine, the trained models, and all branding — is owned by or licensed to Mantra Services. You may use the edited outputs for personal and commercial purposes, but you may not redistribute the Service itself.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. AI inpainting is probabilistic: we do not guarantee that every text fragment will be detected, that every edit will be visually perfect, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing each output before using it and for ensuring the output does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelia Premium and Mantra Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes not resolved through direct communication shall be submitted to the courts of Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia. Nothing in this clause restricts any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your jurisdiction.

9. Relationship with Mantra Services

Aurelia Premium is operated as a subsidiary of Mantra Services. Technical infrastructure and payment processing are provided by Mantra Services. References to "we" or "our" in these Terms include both entities where applicable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated to paid subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
