Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the Aurelia Premium image-editing service, operated as a subsidiary of Mantra Services. The anonymous free tier carries no charge and therefore no refund applies to it.
1. Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Mantra Services (Mantra Services), our merchant of record. Your card statement will show "Mantra" or "Aurelia Premium" as the descriptor. Chargebacks and payment disputes should be initiated directly with us first (see Section 5 below) before contacting your card issuer, so we have a chance to resolve the issue and issue a refund if appropriate.
2. Subscription Refunds
You may request a full refund of your first subscription charge within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We will cancel the subscription and refund the full first-cycle amount to your original payment method.
After the 7-day window, or on any subsequent billing cycle, subscription charges are non-refundable once the cycle has started. You may still cancel at any time (see Section 4 below); cancellation stops future billing and you retain access through the end of the current paid period.
3. EU / UK Cool-Down Right
If you purchased a subscription as a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK legislation.
By starting an image-editing job during the first 14 days of your subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once any credits from the billing cycle have been consumed. If you have not yet used any credits from the cycle, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, even if the 7-day window in Section 2 has already passed.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page or by emailing us. Cancellation:
- Stops all future billing immediately
- Preserves your access and any remaining credit balance through the end of the current paid period
- Does not by itself trigger a refund of the current cycle — for that, see Sections 2 and 3 above
Credit balances never expire while your account remains active, and unused credits from past cycles carry over for as long as your account exists.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Include:
- The approximate date of purchase
- The last four digits of the card used (if known)
- A brief reason for the request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
6. Credits Are Not Cash
Credits granted through payment-method verification, bonuses, promotions, or admin adjustments are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts. Only credits granted as part of a paid subscription cycle are eligible for refund consideration under Sections 2 and 3 above.
